Loading Paper, Cards, and Envelopes for HP Officejet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer Series
Introduction
This document provides instructions for loading plain paper, cards, photo paper, and envelopes.
Load plain paper in the input tray
Use the following steps to load paper in the input tray.

Raise the output tray.
Figure : Raise the output tray and then pull out the input tray extender (if necessary)

To load oversized paper, pull the input tray extender out as far as possible.

Slide out the paper width guides as far as possible.

Insert a stack of clean, unused, plain paper into the input tray with the short edge forward and the print side down.
caution:
Do not load paper while the printer is printing. Jams or paper feed issues might occur.

Position the stack of paper in the center of the input tray, and then slide the stack forward until it stops.

Adjust the paper width guides so that they rest against the stack of paper. Do not push the guides in so tightly that they bind against the paper.

Lower the output tray, and then pull out the tray extender.

Load cards or photo paper in the input tray
Use the following steps to load cards and photo paper in the printer.

Raise the output tray.

Slide the paper width guide out as far as possible.
note:
If you are loading larger sized paper, pull the input tray extender out as far as possible.

Insert the paper in the input tray with the short edge forward and the print side down. If the photo paper has a perforated tab along one edge, make sure that the tab points towards the front of the printer (the tab side is the trailing edge of the paper as it goes into the printer).
note:
Do not load paper while the printer is printing.

Position the stack of paper in the center of the input tray, and then slide the stack forward until it stops.

Adjust the paper width guides so that they rest against the stack of paper. Do not push the guides in so tightly that they bind against the paper.

Load envelopes in the input tray
Use the following steps to load envelopes in the printer.
note:You can load one or more envelopes in the tray, but do not load more than five envelopes at a time. Do not use shiny or embossed envelopes or envelopes that have clasps or windows.

Raise the output tray.

Slide the paper width guide out as far as possible.
note:
If you are loading larger sized envelopes, pull the input tray extender out as far as possible.

Identify which type of envelope you have, and then position the envelope as shown.

note:
Do not load envelopes while the printer is printing.
